Returns and Exchange
Please note that we do not do refunds, exchanges, and replacements* after purchase is made due to hygiene reasons—in line with the extended preventative measure amidst the Covid-19 outbreak.
No refund, returns, or exchange for all goods sold, pre-ordered items, discounted items, and items purchased using a credit note, sale items, and accessories regardless if they have been worn.
We will give an update when the return policy is reactivated.
Earrings/ Necklaces/ Bracelets /Rings
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Guideline of Exchange/ Return
We do not accept any faulty exchange, return, and refund due to our strict quality control as we always check our products by hand before shipping them to you. We also do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed as well as when payment is made.
Please email us or drop us a message (please see Customer Support) if you would like to return/exchange by stating your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the size you’d like to be exchanged for.
- Please note that the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days for local and 14 days for international orders from the date received. Returns exceeding this period will be sent back to you. You are required to email us first before returning the item(s). Please let us know as soon as possible if the item(s) arrived damaged.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This means the garments and jewelry must be unworn and unwashed, have all tags/cards, pouch, jewelry cloth attached with the delivered box itself (everything that was sent to you), and have no makeup, scratches, stains, or strong odors.
- We will not accept and proceed to replacement if the item(s) returned do not meet our requirements.
- Once the returned products have arrived, we will inspect them and process the exchange to you within 24 hours.
- Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping and handling charges. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.
Refund requests due to change of mind will NOT be accepted.
Return Packing Instructions
1. Print out a copy of your Order Confirmation as your receipt and proof of purchase with www.apmoofficial.com. You can find it in your order confirmation email. Please note that your Order Confirmation is required for processing any returns, exchanges, or refunds (if applicable).
2. Place your item(s) along with your Order Confirmation and the completed Return Packing Slip into a sealed box or package.
3. To ship your package, you may use any parcel service provider to send your item(s) to APMO. APMO will not assume transport charges for any items returned.
4. Please note, you must complete the above portion of the APMO Return Packing Slip including your name, address, postcode/ZIP code, Order Number, and reason for return.
5. Once your package arrives at APMO online store, it will be subject to APMO’s Delivery Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
6. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund/ return to be processed after it has been received by APMO. Once your refund has been processed notification will be sent to the email address you provided when your order was placed.
*Return Packing Slip will be sent to you when APMO accepts and agrees with the return request.
All refunds are processed into the original payment method. The refund process might take 5-7 days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement. Refund may be eligible if product replacement is unavailable. Terms and Conditions apply (you will be informed if we are not able to replace your returned product(s).
Shipping and Handling fee are not refundable.
FINAL SALES or sales/discounted products will not eligible for return/exchange and refund. Clearance and rejected products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange and refund.
