Temporary Strict Return Policy

Why we do not accept returns/exchanges?

Please note that we do not do refunds, exchanges, and replacements* after purchase is made due to hygiene reasons—in line with the extended preventative measure amidst the Covid-19 outbreak.
We strongly recommend going through our refund and 
return policy before you place your order to avoid an unsatisfied shopping experience.

How unexchangeable policy benefits our customers?

We want to prioritize safety first for our customers so we have to put up strict return/exchange returns due to the rapidly evolving Covid-19 pandemic. Every returned piece to us will not resell in order to protect our customers.



Order & Shipping


Do we ship overseas?

Yes. We do ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. You may check with us first before placing an international order to make sure we ship to your address to avoid unwanted inconvenience.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that all the orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday, weekend and Malaysia Public Holiday will not be included. You will be informed when your order is being shipped and received a confirmation email with a tracking code.

What shipping couriers do we use?

We use all registered local couriers with Express or Standard delivery. You will have courier options to choose from at the checkout page.

How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking number for an order item purchased within 14 working days of making your purchase, please drop an email with your order number to our customer support.

How to change my shipping address for an order I recently made?

You can make changes to your shipping address before we fulfill your order. Or, drop an email to [email protected] with your order details and new shipping address. We will not be able to change your shipping address once it’s shipped out.

How long will I get my pre-order items? 

All Pre-Order items to be fulfilled around 3 weeks;
All Backorder items to be fulfilled date based on the date stated for each product.  The date stated is an estimate only, stock may arrive slightly earlier or late depending on the speed of shipment.
You will be notified when your orders are being shipped out via email.

How can I cancel my order?

All orders will automatically be canceled when payment has not been made in 24 hours after an order is placed. We do not accept any cancellation of purchase/order once the payment is made. Cancellation is permitted as long as payment isn’t made yet. 

If you must and resist cancellation after payment is made and before the shipment, a 15% of the cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped. 

Should you require information or help, please contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you. 

Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

We are not responsible for all the costs of shipping for the return. If in a case return is necessary, all customers will have to bear the cost of the return shipping fee.

Can I merge two orders into one?

If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested.
Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your order, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please kindly make a separate order if you would like your order to be shipped separately.

Do you do COD (Cash on Delivery) or Pick-up orders?

Unfortunately, these two options are not available until further notice.

Do I get a discount as a first-time buyer?

Yes. You do if this is your first time to shop with us! Check your email for a discount voucher code.

Packaging

Does it come with a jewelry case?

All items are will be packed in an APMO Jewelry Box or Case. Our packaging includes a classic black paper box, a black APMO Jewelry Box, or Case with pouch and wrapping papers and Also, APMO Jewelry Case can be reusable. You can now pack your favorite jewelry for travel without having to worry about the condition of jewelry-packed.

Can I make my order as a gift?

If you would like to send your order out as a gift for someone special,  please do inform us. For gift orders, we will not include an invoice along with the package.
You may request a gift note/message. Except for a gift note or special request is included, the name in the shipping address will be written on the handwritten card.

Do you have a gift-wrapping service?

Please contact us via email if you need your orders to be gift wrapped for special occasions.

Do you do customized jewelry?

Unfortunately, we do not have this option now. When we do, we will make an announcement.


Product Material & Care

What are the materials made of?

All item descriptions will tell you what each of our pieces is made of, including the sizes of pieces.

Can your jewelry cause skin allergy?

Most of our pieces are hypoallergenic. Most of our products are brass, titanium steel, stainless steel, 925 Sterling Silver, with 14k to 18k gold plated coating. For more details of materials, you may visit our Product Material page.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Will my jewelry tarnish?

It depends on the jewelry material you chose. As we have different kinds of variants. Visit our Jewellery Care page and follow a few simple steps to prevent your jewelry from tarnish.

Can your jewelry be worn during daily activities?

It depends on the material of jewelry you chose. If you wear your jewelry daily during all activities, we recommend choosing 925 sterling silver.

We encourage you to remove your sterling silver jewelry before showering, though showering may not harm the metal as there’s still a good chance it induces tarnish.

Waters that contain chlorine, salts, or harsh chemicals will affect the look of your sterling silver. However, tarnish is no big deal and there are simple ways to clean and prevent it.
