We offer Same-Day Delivery via Grab or APMO personal delivery service in Klang Valley areas only. Limited times and days only; Monday to Saturday. Any orders after 2PM will not be able to be processed for Same-Day Delivery service. Terms & Conditions Apply. Please contact us first before making a purchase. Same-Day Delivery Service may charge for shipping tax. Delivery fee is fully beared by customers and APMO will not be responsible for any costs of delivery.
Customers are NOT allowed to book their own Grab pick-up. Same-Day Delivery service varies on the weekends. Recommended to contact us before making a purchase.
Your orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed as long as your item(s) are ready stock. Please note that we do not ship out orders during the weekends and local public holidays. All items are delivered by registered couriers. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched. You will be notified electronically and provided with a tracking code once your order is dispatched.
Shipping times may vary due to the volume of orders received during sales, so please allow additional processing and shipping time during busy periods such as Covid-19, public holidays, and other occasional seasons or emergency incidents.
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on weight & your shipping location.
The cost of re-delivery charged for the bounced parcel will be borne by the customer. Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 60 days (2 months) grace period will be forfeited and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it is mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempts delivery unsuccessfully.
All parcels will be returned to us if it is unattended in the post office after 5-7 working days.
In order for us not to overcharge your shipping fee, please contact us beforehand to get an accurate cost of overseas shipping- you may need to provide your ZIP/ Postcode. You may reach us via email at [email protected] or our Instagram @apmoclub.
If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested.
Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your order, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please kindly make a separate order if you would like your order to be shipped separately.
We do not accept responsibility for lost orders as a result of a third party's negligence or otherwise, so far as we can provide proof of shipment. If your order is missing, please contact us immediately.
Custom of Delivery
Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to inquire if any duties or taxes may apply.
