Order Policy
For order consists of the backorder, pre-order, and ready stock items, it would be assumed and agreed that customers are willing to wait till the pre-order items arrive to post. Otherwise, please make a separate order if you wish to receive ready stock items first, hence postage would be charged twice.

All Ready Stock items to be fulfilled in 2-3 working days;
All Pre-Order items to be fulfilled around 3 weeks;
All Backorder items to be fulfilled date based on the date stated for each product.  The date stated is an estimate only, stock may arrive slightly earlier or late depending on the speed of shipment.

Order Cancellation
All orders will automatically be cancelled when payment has not been made in 24 hours after an order is placed. We do not accept any cancellation of purchase/order once the payment is made. If you must and resist 
cancellation after payment is made and before the shipment, a 15% of the cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped. 

Notes

  • Due to various lighting and view angles caused by a computer through its monitor, color tones and sizes of our products from photos posted on the APMO Website may differ from the actual product itself.  
  • All sales are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items. The sales cannot be applied to past orders. Shipping times may vary due to the volume of orders received during sales, so please allow additional processing and shipping time during busy periods such as Covid-19, public holidays, and other occasional seasons or emergency incidents.
  • Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping and handling charges. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival. Please read our Refund Policy
  • We do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed and full payment is made including the pre-order collection.
  • Pre-order item(s) shipping time may vary depending on the restocking period. We will inform you if delays happen. 
  • No refund, returns, or exchange for all goods sold pre-ordered items, discounted/sale items, and items purchased using a credit note, and accessories that have been worn.
  • We do not accept responsibility for lost orders as a result of a third party's negligence or otherwise, so far as we can provide proof of shipment. If your order is missing, please contact us immediately.
  • Should you require information or help, please contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you.
  • We are only able to assist you if you require information and help during business hours. 
  • All measurements are measured laid flat.  Actual item measurement may vary subject to different material stretchable quality and measurement methods.
